Frequently Asked Questions
I want a poem to present to my grandmother on her 70th birthday, but don’t have time for the fuss of getting it typed out and presented nicely for her. Can you do this?
No problem at all, have a look at my framing service. This service takes the hassle out of organizing a gift and makes the poem very professional and 100% perfect.
Do you only do poems for specific reasons?
Not at all, just put all of the details you want in a questionnaire, email or telephone call and I will work with you to ensure the poem is what you had in mind. Recently I was asked to write a poem from a lady to celebrate her husband’s football team losing, luckily he saw the funny side!
My father died not long ago and I am trying to put together a piece to read out at the service. Can you help with this?
I would be happy to put together a sentimental, heart warming piece about your father. In these instances memories are a good idea, so people at the service can relate to them and remember being part of your father’s life. After the speech you will also have the poem as a keepsake which often helps in these situations.
It is my husband’s birthday. Can you do a poem from our 6 month year old son to wish him a happy birthday and to thank him for being such a great dad?
Definitely. All I need to know are the types of things your son would say to his dad if he could speak. This kind of poem always works well especially if you mention special things they do together, favourite toys and good memories. It is also great for the son to look back on when he is an adult.
I am due to hold a house party and want to send out a quirky, unusual invitation. Could you do this in a poem for me?
Yes I find this works really well as the invitation gets noticed and remembered. All I need from you are the details of the party, reason for it etc and I’ll get an invite back to you.
We have just been on holiday to stay with our friends in their villa in Spain and want to thank them for having us, we had the time of our lives. Could you write something to say thanks?
No problem at all. Perhaps if you let me know some great times you had on holiday that I could include, special places you visited together, meals, favourite bars etc? A poem is always a great idea as a thank you as the recipient can keep and cherish it forever.
